Apartment/Rental Home Maintenance Personnel needed for a property management company. These individuals must have experience in general maintenance and drywall install/repair is a plus. You must be able to perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing appliance, electrical and plumbing systems. This job requires day-to-day maintenance in occupied apartments and apartment turnovers. You must have a valid drivers license, car insurance, (proof is required upon employment) you must have own truck/van and proper tools to perform your job duties. A gas check will be given to cover costs.
Our company has a fast paced work enviroment. We are looking for self-motivated individuals that are ready and willing to work. Rotating after-hours and weekend on-call required.
Must be able to start immediately.
