Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Valet Manager - Staff to lead our valet services team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain a seamless parking process. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service while managing the logistics of parking vehicles efficiently and safely. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate valet staff to deliver top-tier guest services with energy and a positive attitude
- Oversee parking operations, including staff hiring and scheduling vehicle retrieval, parking, and storage, ensuring safety and efficiency in parking areas
- Train new staff on proper driving techniques, manual transmission handling, and customer service standards
- Manage cash handling procedures, cashiering duties, and retail math calculations accurately during shifts Experience with Flash and Tez
- Maintain clear communication with team members and guests to address needs promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, traffic regulations
- Support delivery driver responsibilities when necessary, assisting with vehicle movement or guest assistance as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in guest services within hospitality, dealership, or retail environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating manual transmission vehicles; familiarity with <LOCATION> parking regulations preferred
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a role requiring driving skills is highly desirable
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guest populations
- Skilled in cashiering, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transaction processing
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
