Overview
Join our company as a Maintenance Worker, where your expertise will keep our facility running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose, repair and prevent issues on our manufacturing equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks.
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with 3-5 years experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints accurately a plus.
- Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams or projects is a plus.
- Customer service skills to effectively communicate with vendors and team members.
- Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting purposes.
- Competence in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing.
- Basic proficiency in English for clear communication across diverse teams.
- Some tasks involve heights
