The VIP Experience Manager is the ambassador of the guest experience, responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships with VIP guests, casino hosts, hotel concierge teams, and strategic hospitality partners. This highly visible position ensures every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality through personalized service, thoughtful attention to detail, and seamless execution.

Develop and maintain trusted relationships with casino hosts, hotel concierge teams, hotel marketing departments, and other strategic partners to cultivate VIP guest referrals and repeat business.
Serve as the dedicated liaison for VIP and high-profile guests, ensuring each visit is flawlessly executed from reservation through departure.
Anticipate guest preferences by maintaining detailed guest profiles, including dining history, celebrations, dietary preferences, seating requests, and personalized service notes.
Personally welcome, escort, and oversee the experience of VIP guests, creating a warm, gracious, and memorable first impression.
Collaborate with the Reservations, Host, Management, Culinary, Beverage, and Service teams to ensure guest preferences are communicated and executed with precision.
Foster lasting relationships with valued guests through authentic engagement, personalized follow-up, and exceptional service that encourages long-term loyalty.
Coordinate exclusive dining experiences, special celebrations, private events, and bespoke guest requests while maintaining absolute discretion and professionalism.
Resolve service opportunities immediately and thoughtfully, demonstrating sound judgment, poise, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Monitor the guest experience throughout service, identifying opportunities to elevate every aspect of the dining journey.
Partner with leadership to identify trends, guest preferences, and opportunities to continually refine and enhance the luxury guest experience.
Represent the venue with sophistication, confidence, and professionalism, serving as an ambassador of the brand both within the restaurant and throughout the hospitality community.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest identities, preferences, and personal information.
Support marketing initiatives, VIP activations, media events, celebrity visits, and strategic partnerships as requested.
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of operational excellence.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, luxury hotels, private clubs, nightlife, concierge services, or VIP guest relations.
Passionate about hospitality and morale/culture.
Demonstrated success building relationships with high-profile clientele and hospitality partners.
Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate guest needs and create personalized experiences.
