*Job Summary*
Eagle Eye Brands of Michigan is seeking a dynamic East Division Wine Sales Manager to oversee sales in Greater Metro Detroit and help drive growth. The ideal candidate will have prior wine sales experience, be responsible for managing a small sales team, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the division meets its financial goals. Ideally, this candidate would be situated in the Metro Detroit area and be able to help service accounts and support the entire sales team in Metro Detroit and slightly beyond. This would primarily include, but not be limited to, Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Monroe, Washtenaw, Lapeer, and St Clair counties. In-state travel would be needed approximately 50% of the work month.
~ Compensation starts at $50,000 and up, based heavily on experience.
*Duties*
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve divisional targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and expand market share
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
- Overseeing a portfolio of supplier partners as the 'Brand Manager'
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
*Experience*
- Proven experience in wine sales, account management, or business development within the wine trade
- Strong background in wine and adult beverage sales is required.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market insights
- Demonstrated success in leading a team and achieving sales targets
