Overview
CREW CUT LAWNS LLC is looking for a dedicated hard working Crew Leader/Truck lead, for the summer season. This orientation is designed to give you all the proper training to then go into the field and work with, and you are in charge of a crew, while giving instructions and working together as a unit
Responsabilites: Effectively direct and lead your crewmembers. Using your skills and knowledge to best complete all tasks given to you in a timely fashion. You are responsible for the quality of the completed job ensuring it is preformed within a reasonable amount of time.
Requirements:
18 or older
must have drivers license
minimum 1 year (seasons) experience in a professional lawn care company Fluent with equipment used in this industry ie; thatches, blower, trimmers, and Lawn mowers
Confident in working with and giving good direction to others
must stay for the entire season reliable transportation to and from work (car, bus, etc.)tenance.
The position is full time 40 hrs a week, M-F, pay $20$23/hr D.O.E. There are also opportunities for winter snow plowing positions at the end of season. If you are interested, apply to this ad or send your resume by E-mail.
