Duluth Screen Printing Co. is a quality garment decorator in the Duluth area supplying customers with excellent apparel and customer service. We work closely with our customer base to wholesale screen printed, embroidered, and patch sewn decorated garments, that are often designed in-house.
We are looking to hire a part-time Seasonal Shop Assistant that can keep up with the pace and energy of our production team. This team member will be a crucial part in the screen printing, embroidery, sewing, shipping, and receiving processes. This position contributes to the production team by catching t-shirts at the end of the dryer, shipping orders out, receiving orders, handling order fulfillment, reclaiming screens, detaping screens, deinking screens, and other miscellaneous tasks.
It is crucial that this person have strong organizational skills and it able to communicate effectively amongst team members. We are seeking fun, energetic and hardworking people to join are team!

Schedule:
- Varying hours from 7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Detape Screens
- Deink Screens
- Receiving Product from carriers and checking the product into the facility.
- Count and stage garments in line with a production schedule and prepare them to be screen printed and embroidered.
- Count and box finished product post assembly for shipments.
- Create shipping labels and work with our local carriers to get finished orders out the door once they've been completed and boxed.
- Fulfill online store orders.
- Assist all departments with post-assembly tasks.
Requirements:
- Prior Shop Experience
- Valid Driver's License
- A high attention to detail
- Ability to lift 60 pounds
- Strong organizational skills.
- Box completed items in a quick and efficient manner.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in a hot environment.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to be teachable.
Compensation
- $17/hour - $19/hour based on experience
