This role is based out of our Downtown Knoxville location!
Servers are the main point of contact for our guests and are most responsible for delivering a great guest experience.

Manage a section of four tables

Take guest orders for food and drink

Use point-of-sale computer to enter all orders

Maintain tables throughout guest visit

Present check and settle bill
-
Perform all tasks of support staff

Complete end-of-shift duties
The typical path of advancement is to become a Trainer, Lead Server or Floor Manager.

Can remain positive and calm under pressure

Need to be able to prioritize among a variety of tasks

Must be able to maintain a high pace throughout the shift
-
Must be comfortable working on your feet for five-plus hours
-
Must acquire and maintain a TN ABC card to serve alcohol
-
Be able to work a variety of shifts including day, evening and weekend shifts.

Must have weekend availability

Must be able to work collaboratively with the rest of the team
