Job description:
- Regularly assess student progress and understanding.
- Reflect on classes and communicate with administration; what is working, and what could be improved?
- Participate in professional development activities.
- Contribute to curriculum development.
- Communicate regularly and compassionately with enrolled families.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the beginning of the first scheduled lesson to prepare the classroom.
- Complete attendance for every lesson.
- Respond quickly to all communications with front office staff and administration.
- Find music that is relatable to students.

Preferred Qualifications
- BM in Music
- Bilingual
- Prior experience in teaching private lessons and group classes
- Advanced musicianship
- Understanding of pedagogy and how to scaffold concepts and goals
