Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced person to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating the bonded warehouse, ensuring timely pick and pack, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 9 am- 6pm, Saturday 8 am-12pm.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate bonded warehouse.
- Responsible to ship customer orders on time.
- Responsible to receive finish goods products into bonded warehouse.
- Responsible to ship finish goods products into bonded warehouse.
- Coordinate daily transportation activities, including scheduling pickups and deliveries.
- Responsible for daily cycle counts.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure accurate documentation and inventory control.
- Responsible to load and unload the trucks.
- Monitor trucks and drivers for on time pick up and deliveries.
- Maintain KPI's on a daily basis.
- Maintain Safety in our bonded area.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pick and pack roles, minimum of 2 years.
- Proven experience with forklift, minimum of 2 years.
- Proven experience in cycle counts.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including documentation for bonded warehouse.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact professionally with drivers, clients, and team members.
- Good ethics and teamwork driven.
- Experience in using Microsoft office, such as excel.
