JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Create an amazing and welcoming environment for visitors and customers
- Complete all Gotham required and USAG online safety and instructional courses
- Attend staff trainings, we want you to grow within our facility!
- Follow the Gotham Gymnastics curriculum
- Properly plan for each class for maximum success and engagement
- Be reliable and arrive on time
- Wear proper work attire
- Be curious, be a team player, find more ways to help
- Support in-gym events like competitions and parent’s nights
EXPERIENCE:
We would like someone with at least two years of experience in coaching or competing in gymnastics. Having said that, we know that there are a lot of really talented go getters with not that kind of experience, but are smart, energetic, organized, and willing to go that extra mile.
