Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and billing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons seamlessly
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals
- Support catering events, banquets, or special functions by serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Experience working in banquet settings or catering events is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through excellent time management skills
