About the Role: Nightshift Forklift Operator
As a Warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator at P&G, you are crucial to keeping our operations flowing smoothly and meeting the high-quality standards consumers expect. You'll be part of a dedicated team responsible for:
- Strategic Inventory Movement: Moving materials to and from Making, Packing, Converting, or Assembly areas.
- Finished Product Management: Delivering finished goods from packing areas to other warehouse zones.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receiving orders for loading trucks/containers, moving material to staging areas, and handling returned products.
- Automation & System Support: Replenishing automation systems and operating/maintaining equipment in your assigned area.
- Accuracy & Quality: Maintaining accurate Finished Product Inventory and ensuring handled products meet P&G's quality expectations.
- Logistics Coordination: Ordering and scheduling truck, international shipment, and rail car deliveries.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking dedicated team players with a "flow to the work" mentality and a hunger to learn. Successful candidates will possess:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Required: Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience: Previous experience operating material handling equipment
- Mechanical Aptitude (Highly Preferred): Skills that contribute to equipment longevity and smooth operation
- Technical Skills: Strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Computer Literacy: Working computer knowledge
