Overview
Cyclone Services is seeking an experienced and safety-driven Hazmat CDL-A Truck Driver to join our growing operations team. This role is ideal for a professional driver with at least 3 years of commercial driving experience and a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and efficiency. Our drivers play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the high service standards our customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate flatbeds, and stepdeck, and container chassis to transport freight and hazardous materials.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles meet DOT and company safety standards.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, including hazardous material transport requirements.
- Maintain accurate driver logs, trip reports, and fuel/mileage documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, and deliveries.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, compliant, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial truck driving experience (Class A CDL required).
- Hazmat endorsement (H)
- Clean driving record with strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Familiarity with freight handling and load securement procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety compliance.
- Ability to work independently and represent Cyclone Services professionally on customer sites.
