ClassONE® Property Restoration is a firefighter-owned restoration company specializing in emergency mitigation, reconstruction, and property restoration services. We help homeowners and businesses recover from fire, water, storm, and other property damage by delivering exceptional service with integrity, urgency, and professionalism.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction or restoration project management experience who enjoys leading projects, building customer relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Manage residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
- Oversee projects involving fire, water, storm, and property damage restoration.
- Coordinate schedules with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the restoration process.
- Perform job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, job notes, change orders, and reports.
- Monitor job costs and project profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance professionals, vendors, and team members.
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 emergency on-call schedule.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of project management experience in construction or property restoration.
- Experience managing restoration, reconstruction, remodeling, or insurance repair projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project documentation and administrative tasks.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the restoration industry.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- IICRC Certifications.
- Experience with Xactimate, DASH, Encircle, or similar restoration software.
