Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
Skills:
- Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine to provide compassionate end-of-life care
- Ability to catheterize patients for urinary catheter insertion and management
- Competent in taking vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
