Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead and direct the facility's overall operations. As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents, while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
About the Role:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical and administrative functions in the facility, developing and implementing a facility management system, and managing the financials. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the facility's compliance with all pertinent state and federal regulations, overseeing the facility's quality assurance process, and ensuring that individual rights and opportunities for choice exist for all residents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all clinical and administrative functions in the facility
- Administer, manage, supervise, and coordinate all departments to ensure quality care
- Financial management of a healthcare facility
- Census Management
- Monitor and maintain facility compliance with all pertinent state and federal regulations
- Oversight of the facility quality assurance process
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an LNHA
- Current New York State LNHA Certification
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to relate professionally and work cooperatively with residents and staff at all levels
