Job Description
The Learning Montessori School is currently hiring an experienced Bilingual Assistant Teacher for our Toddler Program (18 months to 3 years old).
Our school, located in Miami, serves children from 18 months through 6 years of age and provides a nurturing Montessori environment where children learn through hands-on exploration and independent work.
In our Montessori classrooms, the daily schedule includes structured work periods with Montessori materials, outdoor playtime, lunch, and circle time. While the Lead Teacher typically works one-on-one with individual children, the Classroom Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the rest of the class—guiding students with their activities, encouraging independence, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment throughout the day.
The Assistant is also responsible for helping prepare and maintain the classroom, organizing materials, restocking supplies, and supporting the Lead Teacher to meet the developmental needs of each child.
