Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and present technical sales solutions tailored to industrial clients’ requirements.
- Conduct product demos and technical presentations that clearly communicate the value proposition of our industrial applications.
- Support the pre-sales process by analyzing client needs, preparing proposals, and assisting in deal closing efforts.
- Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Assist in developing strategies for business growth within the industrial sector by leveraging your knowledge of enterprise software and solution sales.
- Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions efficiently.
- Provide ongoing customer support post-sale, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
Skills
- Strong understanding of industrial automation in both mechanical and controls based solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products.
- Experience in industry or sales is very preferred, but not required.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and craft effective technical proposals.
- Effective communication skills for delivering technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Ability to collaborate across teams on project management tasks and client relationship management initiatives.
- Prior experience in technical sales or customer support within a corporate or technology environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
