Roofing Helper / Service Assistant

We are a small, family-oriented exterior remodeling company looking for a Roofing Helper to work alongside an experienced roofing service technician. We are not a high-volume, production-driven company—we focus on doing quality work, taking care of customers, and building a team of people who take pride in what they do.
We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn the trade from someone experienced.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work as a team with an experienced roofing technician on repairs and service work
- Assist with roofing repairs, leak diagnostics, gutters, flashing, and related exterior work
- Help set up jobs, handle tools and materials, and keep work areas safe and organized
- Learn hands-on skills in roofing service and repair
- Support quality workmanship and excellent customer service
- Other duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license a must
- Must have some experience and comfortability working on a sloped roof
- Comfortable with heights and ladder work
- Roofing or construction experience preferred
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Trustworthy and takes pride in doing things right
- Willing to learn and grow
- Positive attitude and works well as part of a team
- A background check will be performed

Pay $20-25.00/Hour
Mon-Fri hours starting at 7am
