Junior Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

CCC Delta Group is hiring a Junior Superintendent to help run day-to-day field operations on active multifamily construction projects in the River Valley area.
This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who knows how a jobsite works, can keep crews moving, pays attention to safety and quality, and wants to grow into a stronger field leadership position.
Position Overview
The Junior Superintendent will work directly with the Lead Superintendent and Project team to help coordinate subcontractors, manage daily jobsite activity, keep work on schedule, and maintain project standards in the field.
Strong candidates are dependable, organized, and comfortable being on-site and involved in the work every day.
Responsibilities
· Support daily field operations on multifamily construction projects.
· Help coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and material flow on site.
· Walk the job daily to monitor production, workmanship, jobsite safety, and crew progress.
· Maintain daily reports, site logs, punch lists, and progress updates.
· Help enforce site cleanliness, organization, and safety expectations.
· Review plans and specs and help make sure work is being installed correctly.
· Assist with inspections, turnover items, and project closeout tasks.
· Report field issues, delays, and coordination problems to the Superintendent and Project Manager quickly.
· Help keep crews accountable for schedule, quality, and jobsite conduct.
Requirements
· 5+ years of multifamily construction experience required.
· Ability to read plans, specs, and construction documents.
· Working knowledge of jobsite safety, construction sequencing, and quality control.
· Strong communication and follow-through with subcontractors and internal teams.
· Willingness to be in the field full-time and stay engaged in daily site activity.
· Valid driver’s license required.
· Procore or other construction software experience.
