Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM- In the extended vacancy of management position, may have on-call duties for a period of time
Pay Rate: $19.42 per hour

Position Description:
Provides scheduling/technical and professional support to Department/Director and Senior Director. Duties and tasks are varied and moderately complex. Applies advanced clerical/support or paraprofessional skills to the position. May adapt procedures and processes to accomplish the requirements of the position. Works under minimal supervision. Must possess a valid driver’s license and the capability to safely transport persons served. Position requires the ability to lift, transfer and implement proper restraint techniques to ensure person served safety. The position reports to the Residential Director or designee. This is a non-exempt position. *In the extended vacancy of management position, may have on-call duties for a period of time.*

- Demonstrates an ability to multitask
- Develops weekly schedules for DSP staff in Adult Residential team
- Schedules staff to run medical appointments and is available to run appointments if necessary
- Maintains file of leave requests and locates coverage for scheduled employee absences and call offs during regular business hours
- Assists in training and orientation of new hires as needed
- In the absence of required management, may be required to perform on-call duties for a limited period
- Monitors staff training needs
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of two years of clerical/administrative experience required, minimum of 1 year experience in Adult Residential setting preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other computer software programs
- Possess a valid driver’s license in the U.S. for at least two (2) years, not counting time on a learner’s permit, with a good driving record
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings which include: a background check, drug screening, physical/ergonomic testing, and a math & reading comprehension test
- Physically fit to lift and transfer at least 50 pounds
- Ability to provide direct care and implement proper restraint techniques to ensure the health and safety of the persons served
