Children's Wellness & Development Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Psychometrist to join our pediatric neuropsychology team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about child development who wants hands-on experience supporting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children and adolescents.

What You'll Do
- Administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessments to children and adolescents under the supervision of licensed psychologists
- Accurately score and organize testing data following standardized protocols
- Maintain rapport with children throughout testing sessions, adapting your approach to each child's age, developmental level, and needs
- Prepare and organize testing materials before and after each evaluation
- Ensure accurate, timely, and well-organized documentation of testing results
- Communicate professionally with parents, caregivers, and team members regarding scheduling and testing logistics
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborate closely with psychologists and other team members to support the evaluation process from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required (Psychology, Child Development, Education, or related field)
- Master's degree encouraged, though not required
- Prior experience administering and scoring standardized psychological or neuropsychological assessments is required
- Familiarity with common test batteries used in pediatric neuropsychological evaluation strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in scoring and data organization
- Warm, patient demeanor with the ability to build rapport with children of varying ages and abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working directly with children and families in an office setting
