```Duties``` - Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations - Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations - Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and attachments for each job - Program CNC machines using CAM software or manual programming techniques - Monitor machine operations to ensure quality control standards are met - Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment - Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process ```Requirements``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role - Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Knowledge of tooling and machining techniques - Familiarity with CAM programming software is a plus - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications - Strong attention to detail and quality control standards - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills Note: Experience with warehouse operations, press machines, quality control procedures, CAD software, micrometers, or packaging is a plus but not required.
