As a Blow Mold Operator, you will operate blow molding machines and ensure product quality while maintaining production efficiency.
Position Summary:
Responsible for operating blow molding equipment, inspecting products, and supporting manufacturing processes.
Shift Details:
Full-Time
1st Shift - $14.00
2nd Shift - $14.50
Sign-On Bonus
$150 at 30 days and $150 at 60 days

Essential Job Duties:
- Operate blow molding machines
- Inspect products for defects
- Track production and rejects
- Maintain clean work areas (5S standards)
- Perform trimming, stacking, and material handling
- Assist with machine troubleshooting
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Support team efficiency and production goals
Qualifying Criteria:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
- Basic math and communication skills
- Able to work in high-heat manufacturing environment
