Bartender Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and making recommendations.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to all responsible service guidelines.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with server and kitchen staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage (Italian wine + cuisine, cocktail, and mixology knowledge)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age for servers and 21 years of age for bartenders, as required by law.
