We're looking for a compassionate, energetic, and detail-oriented RDA to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work alongside our doctors to provide exceptional pediatric dental care while helping children and families feel welcome, safe, and confident at every visit.

Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a variety of pediatric dental procedures, including preventive, restorative, and emergency treatments.
- Help create a fun, positive, and reassuring experience for children and their families throughout each visit.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up equipment, and ensuring all materials are ready before appointments.
- Take dental radiographs and assist with intraoral scans while following all radiation safety and infection control protocols.
- Accurately document patient treatment and maintain electronic dental records using Dentrix.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-operative instructions.
- Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC compliance.
- Assist with inventory management, operatory organization, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked clinical environment.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture.
Qualifications
- Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
- Current X-Ray Certification.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Previous pediatric dental experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of infection control, sterilization, and OSHA/HIPAA standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both children and parents.
- Positive attitude, reliability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy office.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable patient experiences.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
