Lead Cannabis Cultivation Technician
Location: North-Central Denver, CO
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain production schedule
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Following all state and company compliance standards
- Lead and supervise cultivation staff during daily operations.
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Plant, transplant, water, feed, prune, top, trellis, and harvest cannabis plants.
- Monitor plant health and identify signs of pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, or environmental stress.
- Assist with integrated pest management (IPM) programs and maintain biosecurity protocols.
- Monitor and record environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, CO₂, and lighting.
- Mix and apply nutrients and irrigation according to cultivation schedules.
- Maintain accurate cultivation records, including plant tracking and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies, including inventory tracking systems.
- Train, mentor, and onboard new cultivation employees.
- Perform quality control inspections throughout the plant growth cycle.
- Coordinate with harvest, post-harvest, and processing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grow rooms, equipment, and work areas.
- Monitor inventory of cultivation supplies and report equipment or maintenance needs.
- Assist management with crop planning, production scheduling, and yield optimization.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and ensure team compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:
- Must have a current Colorado MED badge
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to our facility in North-Central Denver
