Evergreen Pathways is a collaborative and client-centered private group practice dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services in NH. We believe in supporting the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—through evidence-based and alternative approaches.
As our practice grows, we are seeking passionate and skilled therapists to join our team as part-time or full-time telehealth clinicians or in-person clinicians.
In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to individuals, children, teens, couples, and families
- Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s goals.
- Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Integrate specialized approaches to address diverse client needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintain detailed, accurate and timely clinical documentation of sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with licensing standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and case consultations
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive practice culture
Who You Are:
- In good standing in the state of New Hampshire, licensed or supervision candidate, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or equivalent).
- Passionate about holistic, integrative, and client-centered care.
- Committed to ethical, culturally competent, and trauma-informed practice.
- Eager to collaborate with a diverse team of providers.
- Proven experience providing mental health counseling or therapy in clinical settings.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention techniques.
- Familiarity with alternative methods and trauma-informed therapy is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts with empathy and clarity.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation and compliance.
