Shift Availability:
- Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
- Opening Shift: Availability starting between 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM (or later)
- Positions Available: Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities Available
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service at the front counter and drive-thru while creating a welcoming experience
- Accurately take guest orders using registers, tablets, or iPads in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary front-of-house environment throughout each shift
- Assist with stocking supplies, cleaning tasks, and supporting overall team operations during slower periods
- Cross-train and assist in both Front of House and Back of House positions as needed
Qualifications:
- No prior restaurant or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in various indoor and outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and confidently handle cash transactions
