The Impact You Will Make
Under direction of the Director of Sales Operations and Enablement, the Manager, Sales Operations & CDMO Proposal will manage the full CDMO proposal process by creating, developing, and evaluating proposal requests. This is a part-time role, estimated to be about 30 hours per week, with responsibility for executing proposals, talking through the proposal with customers, working with the BD team which will directly contribute to the success of the organization’s goals.
Role Responsibilities
- Generate proposals across the enterprise including injectable and nasal Business Units – creating proposal templates, responding to RFIs/RFPs, working with internal groups to collect relevant information, etc.
- Work within Salesforce to utilize any current processes and populate the RFI/RFP response repository and process, allowing easy access to responses for future inquiries and eliminating duplication of internal requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree with focus in life sciences and/or Business-related disciplines.
- 7+ years’ experience in Sales Operations and Proposals
- Strong leadership skills, with a history of managing cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a strategic mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking, ability to anticipate the fast-changing environment and innovative mindset to embrace changes and identify innovative solutions.
- Thorough understanding and in-depth knowledge of FDA Regulations and other pharma regulations.
