1st Shift Utility and Low Window Crew Member
Holland Building Services is seeking an Industrial utility/window Cleaner.
- Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 7am start time.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- $18.00 and up per hour

The responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
This person will clean window glass, gutters, etc. at commercial and residential locations, including office buildings and industrial sites. Job duties regularly include working on step ladders and the occasional use of aerial lifts.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in outdoor elements
- Continual standing and walking during the shift
- Climbing, kneeling and crouching during the shift
- Ability to hold arms above head for extensive periods of time
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Must have VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE
- Must pass BACKGROUND and DRUGSCREEN
