Davcor Aviation Services is currently seeking experienced Components & Hydraulics Technicians to support commercial aircraft maintenance and overhaul operations in Kansas City, MO.
This position is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and testing of aircraft hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid power systems and components. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing commercial or military aircraft systems while maintaining compliance with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company quality standards.

Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service aircraft hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid power systems

Remove, inspect, overhaul, repair, and reinstall hydraulic components including pumps, actuators, valves, and related assemblies

Diagnose and correct system discrepancies using approved maintenance procedures and technical data

Perform operational and functional checks following maintenance and component installation

Read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, service bulletins, and work instructions

Complete maintenance task cards and accurately document all work performed in accordance with FAA and customer requirements

Maintain compliance with Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention procedures and hazardous material (HazMat) handling requirements

Ensure proper control and accountability of tools, equipment, and aircraft components

Inspect completed work to verify quality standards and customer specifications are met

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all FAA, OSHA, customer, and company safety policies and procedures

Support overtime, weekend work, and schedule flexibility as required by operational demands

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum two (2) years of practical experience servicing, testing, and troubleshooting commercial or military aircraft hydraulic and mechanical systems

Experience performing hydraulic component removal, overhaul, repair, and installation

Experience troubleshooting aircraft hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid power systems

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, maintenance documentation, and service bulletins

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced aircraft maintenance environment

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License

Previous Commercial MRO experience
-
Three (3) or more years of aircraft hydraulic or component maintenance experience

Experience working on Boeing and Airbus aircraft platforms

Familiarity with FAA Part 91, Part 121, and Part 145 maintenance environments

Experience with hydraulic component bench testing and overhaul operations

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to work from ladders, maintenance stands, and elevated platforms

Ability to access tight spaces within aircraft and structural assemblies

Ability to wear required PPE and comply with all safety requirements
