About the Role:
Evident is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Provo, UT, near the Provo Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a fast-paced warehouse environment where your organizational skills and operational know-how will make a real impact. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Supervise and support warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and distribution processes
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and operations
- Identify inefficiencies and assist in implementing process improvements to optimize warehouse productivity
Requirements:
- 2+ years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS)
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a high-volume environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
