Brookside Landing is seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
- Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks
- Maintain grounds and outdoor areas as needed
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, visitors, and staff
- Help identify and address maintenance concerns before they become larger issues
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping, farming, or other hands-on trades is helpful but not required.
- Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Must pass a background check
