Jewish Creative Preschool is a progressive, Reggio Emilia-inspired, intimate community preschool seeking passionate, creative, and nurturing certified Early Childhood Teachers to join our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms.
We are looking for educators who are enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to creating warm, engaging learning environments where every child is valued as an individual. Whether working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, our teachers foster curiosity, exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships while supporting each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
What You'll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate, child-centered curriculum inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
- Observe and document children's learning, growth, and developmental milestones.
- Encourage exploration, creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on learning.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through open, professional communication.
- Use positive behavior guidance and responsive teaching practices.
- For infant classrooms, provide individualized care by responding sensitively to each child's unique rhythms, cues, and developmental needs.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create meaningful learning experiences and maintain a supportive classroom community.

Qualifications
- EEC Teacher Certification (Preschool) and/or EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification, depending on classroom assignment
- Previous early childhood teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional references required
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Teaching hours typically 8:30 AM–2:00 PM
- Optional afternoon hours available for full-time employment
