iStudio Projects is seeking an experienced Lead CNC Machinist (Haas) to join our team and take a key role in daily machining and fabrication operations. We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on professional who can step in quickly, run critical equipment with confidence, and help drive quality, efficiency, and output across the shop.

Required Equipment Experience
Candidates must have strong, hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting the following equipment:
- Haas ST-15 lathe
- HAB-3232 bandsaw
- Dragon A400 5-axis rotary machine
- Shop Sabre Sidekick 10 plasma table
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and optimize production across multiple machines and fabrication processes
- Run the Dragon A400 5-axis rotary machine with accuracy and efficiency
- Program, operate, and troubleshoot the Shop Sabre Sidekick 10 plasma table
- Set up and run the Haas ST-15 lathe for precision turning applications
- Operate the HAB-3232 bandsaw for material preparation and cutting
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and production documentation
- Select proper tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds to meet job requirements
- Maintain tight tolerances and produce consistent, high-quality parts
- Perform in-process and final quality checks using precision measuring tools
- Identify and solve machining, tooling, and process issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Help prioritize workflow and support production deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Support team performance by sharing knowledge and leading by example
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC machinist (Haas preferred) in a manufacturing, fabrication, or production environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of machining output
- Strong setup, operation, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and translate specifications into accurate production work
- High attention to detail and commitment to workmanship
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
- Dependable, professional, and able to perform with minimal supervision
- Prior leadership or lead machinist experience preferred
- Experienced in Fusion 360 and G-Coding preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
