AM Production Associate – Bakery/Food Production
We are seeking a dependable AM Production Associate to join our culinary team. This role starts as early as 6:00 AM and involves preparing, decorating, and packaging baked goods in a fast-paced food production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble baked goods (doughs, batters, frostings)
- Decorate and package finished products
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with general kitchen prep and cleaning
- Restock supplies and lift up to 50 lbs
- Work with the team to meet daily production goals
- Provide excellent customer service when needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Knowledge of food safety and proper handling
- Ability to follow recipes and work efficiently
- Experience in food production, bakery, or restaurant preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
