Spring Solar is seeking motivated Solar Sales Setters to join our growing team! This is a door-to-door position where you’ll focus on generating interest, qualifying homeowners, and setting appointments for our solar consultants.
Compensation & Growth:
- Top performers earn $60,000–$120,000+ annually ($5,000-$10,000/month)
- $1,000 training bonus (M1) paid after first qualified packet is submitted and NTP’d
- $250 per kW installed (M2) – high-earning commission structure

Responsibilities:
- Knock doors in Utah County, Tooele County, Salt Lake County, and Davis County
- Engage homeowners with professionalism and energy
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar (full training provided)
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales consultants
- Maintain accurate lead information in our CRM
- Collaborate with closers and the sales team to hit company targets
Qualifications:
- Sales, customer service, or canvassing experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
- Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and resilient to rejection
