Duties

- Manage food production processes efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of fresh items during service hours.
- Package baked goods carefully for retail display or catering orders, maintaining product integrity and appearance.
- Maintain strict food handling and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring ingredients, and assembling desserts.
- Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, cleaning workstations, and adhering to sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new pastry recipes and seasonal offerings that excite our customers.
Experience
- Proven pastry experience in a professional kitchen or bakery setting, preferably within the food industry or restaurant environment.
- Strong cake decorating skills with an eye for detail and presentation.
- Hands-on experience with food production, baking techniques, and culinary arts.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and preparation of ingredients.
- Previous experience in catering or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
