PACT Peer Advocate 070- Perth Amboy, NJ
Salary: $40,000 per year plus Sign On Bonus - $3,000
Responsibilities:
- Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team
- Provides community based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness
- Provides valuable input to the team regarding his/her perspective on all aspects of service delivery to consumers
Requirements:
- BA/BS/BSW preferred; High School or GED equivalent with experience below
- Must have received mental health services (past or present)
- Applicant may demonstrate volunteer or paid experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
