We are currently seeking Part-Time Direct Care Workers / Med Passers to provide compassionate care and daily support to our elderly residents.
Available Shifts
2nd Shift (Evenings)
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
24-32 hours per week
$17.00 per hour
3rd Shift (Nights)
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
24-32 hours per week
$18.00 per hour
Schedules include every other weekend and a holiday rotation.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Administer medications (training provided)
- Follow residents’ individualized care plans and healthcare needs
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- No license required — paid on-the-job training provided
- Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on shift)
