As a work-from-home Call Center Representative, you'll be the first voice homeowners hear from a company that has built its reputation on nearly 40 years of quality care. Our Corporate Office and Call Center are based in Spokane Valley, WA.
Position Available
* 1 Full-time Opening: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30 pm (40 hours)
Responsibilities and Duties
* Call residential homeowners to inform them when an Arborist will be in their area and determine if they have any needs or concerns regarding their trees and shrubs.
* Set up appointments for homeowner to meet with Arborist
* Communicate with customers in a clear, respectful, and engaging manner
Compensation and Benefits
* $40,000-$75,000$17.13/hr. + 2 % commission
* Base hourly (minimum wage) pay plus 2% commission
* Daily Incentive Opportunities
* Pay Period Incentive Opportunities can be earned twice monthly ($300-$1200)

* Must be located in the Spokane Valley/Eastern Washington area — in-person training at our corporate office is required prior to working from home
