Position Overview
As a Plumbing Estimator, you will play a key role in supporting our plumbing sales and service operations by preparing accurate and timely estimates for commercial and multi-family projects. You’ll work closely with customers, field technicians, vendors, and management to ensure every project is properly scoped, priced, and prepared for success.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare detailed plumbing estimates for commercial and residential service repairs.
- Meet with customers on-site to assess project scope and needs
- Develop accurate labor, material, and equipment cost estimates
- Collaborate with field technicians, project managers, vendors, and company leadership
- Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate projects in compliance with local plumbing codes
- Source vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Create proposals and follow up diligently on estimates
- Order materials and parts as needed
- Create reports and maintain project documentation in ServiceTitan
- Track estimate and project costs to support company profitability
- Help support company sales goals and customer satisfaction
- Utilize Service Titan as a platform to create estimates
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of plumbing experience
- Previous estimating experience
- Journeyman Plumber License (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and materials
- Experience reading plans and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ServiceTitan software preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 60+ WPM
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Commercial and multi-family plumbing experience preferred
