As an AT&T Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with customers face-to-face to answer questions, assist with service enrollments and account activations, and provide tailored sales solutions. Responsibilities of an AT&T Customer Service Representative
- Directly engage with customers in person daily to explain internet, wireless, and telecommunications services
- Assist with customer enrollments, billing inquiries, account changes, and plan upgrades
- Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying needs and recommending solutions
- Present promotions and sales packages to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
- Track and maintain accurate customer accounts, enrollment activity, and service records
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet sales and customer service goals
- Stay updated on telecommunications products, promotions, and industry updates
- Represent the company with professionalism, knowledge, and customer-first service
