Job Summary
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB-GYN physician to provide comprehensive gynecologic care in a collaborative practice setting.
This role is gynecology-focused and does not include obstetrics or OB call responsibilities, allowing for a more predictable schedule and improved work-life balance.
Physicians will have dedicated surgical time and access to robotic surgery for gynecologic procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments for women of all ages.
- Perform gynecological procedures such as Pap smears, pelvic exams, IUD insertions, and minor surgical interventions.
- Perform gynecologic surgical procedures
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Provide patient education on reproductive health, family planning, contraception options, and menopause management.
- Stay current with advancements in OB-GYN practices by engaging in clinical research and continuing medical education.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid medical license to practice in Texas.
- Proven experience in outpatient clinics, hospital settings, or private practice environments.
- Proficiency with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques relevant to OB-GYN care including ultrasound.
- Familiarity with complex procedures like catheterization, endometrial biopsy, and minimally invasive surgeries.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient care and education.

Due to strong patient demand, we are seeking an additional OB-GYN physician to join our growing practice.
This position focuses on gynecology and women’s health care in a physician-led environment with strong clinical autonomy and a supportive team.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
