Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our manufacturing quality assurance initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant regulations such as FDA, GMP, HACCP, and CGMP.
- Lead and conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Oversee quality inspection processes throughout production, ensuring products meet defined quality standards in accordance with industry specifications and customer requirements.
- Manage non-conformance issues by investigating root causes, implementing corrective actions, and verifying effectiveness through follow-up audits.
- Facilitate training programs on quality standards in production, regulatory compliance, Lean management principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and regulatory affairs to optimize processes and uphold quality assurance protocols.
- Lead efforts in implementing Quality Systems such as QA/QC procedures, analysis techniques, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on quality control or assurance.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, GMP regulations (including FDA regulations), HACCP principles, CGMP practices, and ISO.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits and implementing quality standards in production environments.
- Familiarity with Lean management techniques, Six Sigma manufacturing methodologies, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends for process improvements.
- Effective communication skills to train teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are highly desirable.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
