We’re looking for a Chiropractic Assistant Team Lead to oversee our CA team, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure every patient experiences world-class care. You’ll report directly to our Office Manager, but day-to-day, you’ll be the one leading, coaching, and holding the CA team accountable for excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the CA team: Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance standards and practice systems.
- Manage daily operations: Oversee patient flow, schedule coordination, and front-desk excellence to keep the office running smoothly.
- Support clinical care: Assist doctors with therapies, rehab, stretching, and setting patients up for treatment.
- Oversee patient cases: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in case management and patient follow-up.
- Track team performance: Monitor key metrics, address gaps, and celebrate wins.
- Collaborate with leadership: Report to the Office Manager on team progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Hands-on responsibilities as needed: Take X-rays, support therapies, and step into CA duties to model excellence.
