We are actively seeking a NC-licensed Family Law Attorney with litigation experience who is ready to step into a fast-moving, client-focused practice. What You’ll Do
- Handle divorce and family law matters from intake through resolution
- Meet directly with clients to develop strategy and provide guidance
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Appear in court and manage litigation responsibilities
- Meet billing expectations and contribute to firm growth
- Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants
- Travel to nearby counties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Active NC State Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of Family Law experience, including litigation
- Ability to manage cases independently after onboarding
- Strong writing, research, and courtroom communication skills
- Highly-organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Professional, empathetic, and client-centered demeanor
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Spanish fluency is a very significant plus, not required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
