FOH Server - *Hiring ASAP*
Weekday and weekend shifts available. Weekend (both days) required.
We are looking experienced servers to add some depth to our team and fill a number of shifts as we head into the busy season. Ideal candidates must have a minimum availability of 20 hours per week. Interested candidates should have availability within the following shift windows. Candidates with able to pick up multiple shifts will be preferred.
Coverage Needed Within:
- Fridays (2:00 - Close)
- Saturdays (10:00 - Close)
- Sundays (10:00 - Close)
Additional shifts during the week may be assigned. There is potential to pick up additional shifts via the shift pool and there may be the opportunity to add more recurring shifts down the line. We try to keep as consistent of a schedule as possible, there will be variances.
Duties and Responsibilities
Job duties are a mix of handling guests in house and to go orders. Stations vary throughout the week with some crossover into expo and the bar. We are looking for a strong candidate that does not mind an honest, hard working job.
Compensation
Pay is $15/hr base + tip pool. The average in tips is around $5-10/hr on top of the base wage. Everyone in the restaurant is in the pool, so if this is an issue I understand, but I want to be upfront about who we are.
Requirements
- Prior serving and food safety knowledge is required. AA Card and food handler safety certification mandatory within 30 days of employment.
- Must be able to serve alcohol in accordance with Nevada and Washoe County law
